Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce má za úkol přiblížit čtenářům pojem dědická smlouva. Tento druh smlouvy je staronovým institutem v dědickém právu. Práce nastiňuje nejen historii a vývoj samotného dědického práva a dědické smlouvy, ale i současnou úpravu v občanském zákoníku. Pro představu čtenáře obsahuje i vzor dědické smlouvy s jeho podrobným rozborem.
Abstract:
The purpose of my bachelor´s thesis is to define the concept of the contract of inheritance. This type of agreement is the re-established institute in the right of inheritance. The thesis has two major purposes - firstly, it focuses on the history and the development of the right of inheritance and the contract of inheritance.
