Abstract:

V práci bude vypracován literární přehled z oblasti technické správy budov a majetku, a to z hlediska technického, organizačního a ekonomického. Specifikuje se podnik, z hlediska oblasti technické správy budov a majetku. Definují se podpůrné procesy a zároveň určí ty, které mají nejlepší potenciál na zvýšení efektivity a dosažení úspor. Bude provedena analýza stávajícího stavu. Na základě analýzy bude navrženo řešení a vyhodnocení očekávaných přínosů. Metody použité v práci, budou diskuse, ze které pak bude vyvozeno uplatnitelné doporučení.

Abstract:

In the thesis, a literature review will be developed in the field of technical management of buildings and property, from a technical, organizational and economic point of view. The enterprise is specified, from the point of view of the technical management of buildings and property. Support processes are defined and those with the best potential to increase efficiency and achieve savings are identified. An analysis of the current state will be carried out. Based on the analysis, a solution and evaluation of the expected benefits will be proposed. The methods used in the work will be discussed, from which applicable recommendations will be derived.
