Cílem této diplomové práce je provést finanční analýzu akciové společnosti Prazdroj a z jejích výsledků provést ocenění společnosti a stanovit její prodejní cenu k 31. 12. 2006. The purpose of this thesis is to undartake a finanacial analysis of the company Pilsner Urguell and from results undertake the evaluation of the company and determine the sale price to 31. 12. 2006. The financial analysis provides details of the Company´s operations in the period 2003 - 2006. The sale price is based on the indicator FCFF.
