Constitutional Aspects of the Suspensory Effect of an Administrative Action
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá ústavními aspekty odkladného účinku správní žaloby. Otázky jsou řešeny nejprve v obecné rovině moderního demokratického právního státu. Těžištěm práce je řešení problému institutu odkladného účinku správní žaloby v podmínkách současné České republiky a jejího platného právního řádu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the constitutional aspects of the suspensory effect of an administrative action. At first, questions are discussed on a general level of the democratic, rule of law respecting state. The focus is on the suspensory effect of an administrative action in the current conditions of Czech Republic and its law in force.
