Didactic Material for the Subject Dish Preparation at the Two-Year Practical School
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření didaktického materiálu - Kuchařka pro žáky 1. a 2. ročníku do předmětu Příprava pokrmů v Praktické škole dvouleté a současně zjišťuje využití a přínos této učební pomůcky spolu s pracovním sešitem při edukaci žáků s mentálním postižením v praktické výuce.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the creation of a new didactic material – a Cookbook for teaching Dish Preparation for the first and second years of the Two-Year Practical School. The Cookbook and the workbook are evaluated with respect to their usefulness and contribution to the education of pupils with intellectual disability.
