V této diplomové práci shrnuty možné strategie přípravy molekulárně otištěných polymerů pro selektivní zachycení léčiva Ibuprofenu z roztoku. Praktická část této diplomové práce shrnula přípravu takto otištěných polymerů kovalentním přístupem a následné vsádkové a průtočné experimenty pro zachycení Ibuprofenu, dále se tato práce zabývá selektivním zachycení Ibuprofenu ze směsi s Paracetamolem. This diploma thesis summarizes possible strategies for the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers for the selective capture of the drug Ibuprofen from solution.
