Abstract:

Cílem práce je návrh tří vtokových soustav pro přírubu elektromotoru a následně provést jejich simulaci. Dále simulaci vyhodnotit a zvolit nevhodnější řešení a navrhnout vhodná opatření. V teoretické části je rozebrána teorie tlakového lití jako taková a dále rozvedena teorie tlakového lití jako taková. V té se uvádí základní rozdělení tlakového lití, používané stroje, konstrukce forem a důležité parametry procesu lití. Aplikační část je zaměřena na volby materiálu pro zhotovení odlitku, dojde k návrhu a výpočtu vtokových soustav. Součástí práce je také simulace společně s jejím vyhodnocením.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to design three gating systems for an electric motor flange and subsequently simulate them. Furthermore, the simulation is evaluated and the most unsuitable solution is selected, followed by proposing appropriate measures. The theoretical part covers the theory of pressure die casting as such and further elaborates on the theory of pressure die casting. This includes the basic classification of pressure die casting, machines used, mold construction, and important parameters of the casting process. The application part is focused on material selection for the casting, followed by designing and calculating gating systems. The thesis also includes simulation together with its evaluation.
