Accounting outsourcing

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na outsourcing účetnictví a nabízí ucelený pohled na tématiku. Začátek je věnován vymezení základních pojmů (outsourcing, insourcing, offshoring a outplacement) a odlišení outsourcingu účetnictví od outsourcingu jiných podnikových aktivit. Velký důraz je dále kladen na rozhodování, zda outsourcing účetnictví v podniku zavést či nikoli. Práce tedy obsahuje podrobný popis důvodů k zavedení outsourcingu účetnictví a také popis rizik, která jsou s tím aktuálně spojená. Celý text práce je navíc zasazen do historického kontextu. Zahrnuje tedy i pohled do minulosti outsourcingu účetnictví na území České republiky, některé statistické údaje z minulých let, popis investičních pobídek, které je možno v tomto odvětví aktuálně získat, a prognózu možného budoucího vývoje.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with accounting outsourcing and provides a comprehensive explanation of the topic. At first the thesis defines basic concepts (outsourcing, insourcing, offshoring and outplacement) and describes differences between the accounting outsourcing and outsourcing of other business activities. The emphasis is put on a decision whether or not to implement the accounting outsourcing. Thus the thesis describes main reasons why to implement the accounting outsourcing and risks that are associated with it in the present. The thesis also sets the accounting outsourcing in historical context. It includes a summarization of its history in the Czech Republic, statistics from past years, a definition of investment incentives which can be in this field actually got and a prognosis of future development.
