Abstract:
The bachelor thesis investigates the impact of bio-microplastics on the horizontal transfer of genes responsible for antibiotic resistance. The thesis focuses on three types of bio-microplastics (PLA, PHBV and bioHDPE) compared to two conventional microplastics (HDPE and PET). Bakalářská práce zkoumá dopad bio-mikroplastů na horizontální přenos genů odpovědných za rezistenci vůči antibiotikům. Práce se zaměřuje na tři druhy bio-mikroplastů (PLA, PHBV a bioHDPE) ve srovnání se dvěma konvenčními mikroplasty (HDPE a PET).
