Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou inovačných metód použitých vo vybranej spoločnosti. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti, a to na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti je spracovaná dostupná literatúra formou literárnej rešerše, ktorá sa týka definovania inovácií a inovačných metód. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of innovation methods used in a selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts which are theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part examines the available literature in form of literal recherché, related to the definition of innovations and innovation methods.
