Selection of appropriate accounting software for external accounting

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postupem při výběru účetního softwaru pro účely externího účetnictví na základě stanovených kritérií a požadavků. Teoretická část popisuje postupný vývoj zaznamenávání účetnictví, vliv informačních technologií na vedení účetnictví a s ním spojená rizika. Dále práce charakterizuje kritéria, která je potřeba brát v úvahu při výběru vhodného účetního softwaru. Nedílnou částí této práce je charakteristika vybraných účetních softwarů. Praktická část obsahuje podrobné porovnání účetních softwarů vybraných na základě průzkumu trhu a následného vybrání účetního programů na základě stanovených kritérií.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with selecting accounting software for external accounting based on established criteria and requirements. The theoretical part will introduce the gradual development of accounting, the impact of information technology on accounting, and its risks. Furthermore, the work focuses on presenting criteria that need to be considered when selecting the appropriate software. Part of this work is the introduction of selected accounting software. The practical part focuses on a detailed comparison of selected accounting software based on market research and subsequent selection of accounting programs based on established criteria.
