Fantasy bývá mnohdy spojována s přívlastky triviální a úniková, třebaže lze v případě tohoto žánru nalézt i díla esteticky hodnotná. Že je naše tvrzení oprávněné, potvrzuje analýza řady domácích i zahraničních publikací encyklopedického charakteru. Fantasy is often associated with triviality and escapism, even if the genre can be found aesthetically valuable. The analysis of many domestic and foreign publications of encyclopaedic character confirms that our claim is justified.
