Cílem této práce je řešení problému, který spočívá ve zmapování stavu zásob a navrhnutí správné cesty pro optimální tok reálných informací mezi vnitropodnikovými útvary společnosti MARBO CZ a.s. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje informační systém podniku, finanční analýzu, kde popisuje její princip.
