Prediktivní analytika v nepálském zemědělství

Abstract:

Tato práce řeší problémy v nepálském zemědělském sektoru prostřednictvím rozhodnutí podpora založená na pokročilé analýze historických dat se zaměřením na vlastnosti počasí a jejich vliv na zemědělský výnos. Studie upřednostňuje plodiny na základě dostupnosti údajů a důležitost, což vede k zahrnutí klíčových plodin, jako je neloupaná, kukuřice a čočka. Vlastnosti inženýrské a transformační techniky používané ke zlepšení predikce modelu výkon, s důrazem na průměrné teploty a vegetační období jako významné prediktory. Random Forest Regressor se ukazuje jako preferovaný model, který se ukazuje lépe výkon v predikci výnosu oproti jiným regresorovým modelům. Doporučení zahrnují zahrnuje širší rozsah proměnných počasí, upřednostňuje teplotu a růst sezónní počasí a využití ladění hyperparametrů pro lepší předvídatelnost. Etické faktory zajišťují morálku studie, včetně transparentnosti, soukromí dat a spravedlnost. I přes svá omezení poskytuje studie užitečné vhledy do komplexu vztah mezi počasím a zemědělskou produkcí v Nepálu, což zdůrazňuje význam rozhodování založeného na datech pro udržitelné zemědělské postupy.

Abstract:

This thesis addresses the problems in the Nepalese agricultural sector through decision support based on advanced analysis of historical data, focusing on weather features and their influence on agricultural yield. The study prioritizes crops based on data availability and importance, leading to the inclusion of key crops like paddy, maize, and lentil. Feature engineering and transformation techniques used to enhance the model's predictive performance, with emphasis on temperature and growing season averages as significant predictors. The Random Forest Regressor emerges as the preferred model, showing better performance in yield prediction over other regressor models. Recommendations include incorporating a broader range of weather variables, prioritizing temperature and growing season weather, and leveraging hyperparameter tuning for improved predictability. Ethical factors ensure the study's morality, including transparency, data privacy, and fairness. Despite its limitations, the study provides useful insights into the complex relationship between weather and agricultural output in Nepal, underlining the significance of data-driven decision-making for sustainable agricultural practices.
