Abstract:

Mé dílo je založeno na myšlence domácí přípravy alternativních chlebů pro lidi, kteří se chtějí stravovat ze zdraví prospěšných potravin bez vysokého množství sacharidů a lepku. Mou snahou je návrat přípravy a pečení chleba v domácnosti jiným a zdravějším způsobem. Set tvoří nádoba, ve které je možné chléb péct a poté i skladovat. Z jedné strany slouží jako pečící nádoba a po jejím otočení jako vrchní část tvořící chlebník. Ten je doplněn o dřevěné prkénko s drážkou, do níž nádoba zapadá. Prkénko zároveň slouží jako dno chlebníku a zároveň jako servírovací podložka. Dále se set skládá z dvou odměrek na sypké a tekuté ingredience. Jejich vnitřní stěna je opatřena ryskami určujícími objem potřebný k přípravě chlebových receptů. Jedná se o deset mnou oblíbených receptů pro přípravu chlebů. Porcelánová nádoba a prkénko z bukového dřeva spolu navzájem komunikují, jak tvarově, tak i materiálově. Použité černé obtisky na odměrkách i na nádobě jsou velice jemné a propojují tak celkový design setu.

Abstract:

My work is based on the idea of home preparation of alternative breads for people who want to eat wholesome food without high amounts of carbohydrates and gluten. My aim is to return the preparation and baking of bread in the household in a different and healthier way. The Set consists of a container in which bread can be bake and then stored. From one side, it serves as a baking container and, after turning it, as the top part of the bread. This is supplemented by a wooden breadboard with a groove into which the bowl fits. The breadboard also serves as the bottom of the breadbasket and also as a serving mat. Next, set consists of two rewards for loose and liquid ingredients. Their inner wall is engraved with the volume needed to prepare the bread recipes. These are ten of my favorite recipes for making bread. Porcelain container and cutting board from Beech wood communicate with each other, both in shape and material. The black decals used on the measuring cups and on the container are very fine and thus combine the overall design of the set.
