Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice zdanění příjmů zaměstnanců agentury práce vyslaných k výkonu práce u uživatele, kde plní práci na základě pokynů uživatele a pod jeho kontrolou. This thesis is focused on taxing the income of workers posted by an employment agency to the user, where the workers work under the instruction of the user and under his control.
