Abstract:

Abstrakt V diplomové práci na téma Komparace metod a postupů leasingového financování v ČR a v zahraničí se podrobně věnuji druhům leasingu, právním, daňovým a účetním aspektům leasingového financování. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje problematiku třech základních druhů leasingu, vývoj leasingu v České republice a ve světě a v neposlední řadě je zde zachycena právní úprava v ČR a v zahraničí. V aplikační části se zabývám leasingovými společnostmi Business lease, s.r.o., Sincom leasing, a.s. a Unicredit leasing CZ, a.s. Na příkladech zmíněných společností analyzuji předměty leasingu, které je možno touto cestou v jednotlivých společnostech pořídit, proceduru leasingu a podmínky, které musí klient splňovat. V praktické části se podrobně věnuji účtování o leasingových kontraktech jak na straně leasingového nájemce, tak leasingového pronajímatele, jak v případě leasingu vnitrostátního, tak i mezinárodního. Důležitou částí je problematika hodnocení poptávky po leasingovém financování s ohledem na světovou finanční krizi a porovnání leasingového a úvěrového financování. V diplomové práci též prezentuji leasingové příklady a schémata, která se týkají účtování o leasingových kontraktech v rámci leasingu vnitrostátního i mezinárodního

Abstract:

Abstract In my thesis titled Comparison of methods and procedures of lease financing in the Czech republic and abroad I deal in details with types of leasing and legal, taxation and accounting aspects of lease financing. The theoretical part of the thesis covers issues related to three basic types of leasing, development of leasing in the Czech Republic and in the world and, last but not least, the thesis covers the legal regulation in the Czech Republic and abroad. In the application part, I deal with leasing companies Business lease, s.r.o., Sincom leasing, a.s. and Unicredit leasing CZ., a.s. Using examples of the mentioned companies, I analyze objects of leasing that may be acquired in this manner in individual companies, leasing procedure and conditions a client has to comply with. In the practical part, I pay detailed attention to accounting for lease contracts, both from the point of view of a lessee and a lessor, and both from the point of view of domestic and international leasing. The important part deals with the area of assessment of the demand for lease financing in view of the global financial crisis and comparison of lease and credit financing. In my thesis I also present examples of leasing and schemes concerning accounting for lease contracts within the domestic and international leasing.
