Tématem mé diplomové práce je Proces vzdělávání zaměstnanců s důrazem na tzv. talenty. Práce je logicky rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části práce jsem provedla literární rešerši. The main theme of my Diploma Thesis is the Process of Employee Training with an emphasis on so called Talents. It is logically divided into two parts. In the theoretical part of the Thesis I have done a literature search.
