Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vědomě nepravdivé oznámení dle ustanovení § 7 odst. 3 ZOO podané zaměstnancem v pracovním poměru. Práce je členěna do třech hlavních částí. V první je vymezena právní úprava ochrany oznamovatelů v ČR a s tím spojené nezbytné pojmy. Druhou část tvoří vymezení předpokladů samotného vědomě nepravdivého oznámení. The thesis focuses on an employee's knowingly false reporting according to sec. 7(3) of the Whistleblower Protection Act. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first one defines the legal regulation of the protection of whistleblowers in the Czech Republic and the related necessary concepts.
