Cílem této práce "Odpovědnost za vady v režimu Vídeňské úmluvy" je odpověď na otázku, zda Vídeňská úmluva, jakožto unifikovaná přímo použitelná norma, dává stranám smlouvy dostatečnou garanci v úpravě odpovědnosti za vady z mezinárodní kupní smlouvy. The aim of the paper: "Liability for defects in CISG" is to answer a question if the CISG as a uniform direct applicable regulation gives the parties of the contract sufficient guarantee in respect to liability for defects from international sale contract.
