Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou přeshraniční regionální železniční dopravy a jejího využití s bližším zaměřením na oblast jižní Moravy a Dolního Rakouska. První část obsahuje teoretická východiska organizace a provozu regionální veřejné dopravy na území České republiky a Rakouska. Podkladem pro práci je analýza současného přepravního výkonu vybraných přeshraničních spojů a tarifní nabídky platné v těchto spojích. Součástí práce jsou návrhy upravující tarifní nabídku platnou pro regionální přepravu v daném přeshraničním úseku zaměřené na zvýšení přepravního výkonu zkoumaných spojů. V závěrečné části práce jsou tyto návrhy zhodnoceny na základě výše jejich očekávaného přínosu pro uživatele služby stejně jako z pohledu rizik a bariér zavedení zmíněných návrhů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of cross-border regional rail transport and its use, with a closer focus on the area of South Moravia and Lower Austria. The first part contains the theoretical basis for the organization and operation of regional public transport in the territory of the Czech Republic and Austria. The basis for the thesis is the analysis of the current transport performance of selected cross-border connections and the tariff offers valid in these connections. Part of the thesis is proposals modifying the tariff offer valid for regional transport in the given cross-border section aimed at increasing the transport performance of the examined connections. In the final part of the thesis, these proposals are evaluated based on the amount of their expected benefit for service users, as well as from the point of view of risks and barriers to the introduction of the mentioned proposals.
