Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Má dvě základní části, a to část teoretickou a část, ve které provedu vlastní empirické šetření. The Bachelor's thesis deals with consumer protection in the field of tourism. It has two basic parts – theoretical and the part where I carry out my own empirical survey. The theoretical part focuses on basic terms. Then I describe public and private protection of consumer, after that I outline ITQ Codex and unfair business practices.
