Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na formu flexibilního zaměstnávání a výkonu práce, a to na práci na dálku neboli home office. Zahrnuje obecnou charakteristiku home office, popisuje samotný vznik a historický vývoj, věnuje se problematice managementu home office a možným dopadům tohoto druhu práce na společnosti a podniky a jejich prosperitu. Výstupem práce je specifikace a analýza oblastí, které významným způsobem ovlivňují efektivitu, produktivitu a kvalitu práce zaměstnance. Mezi tyto oblasti patří pracovně právní vztahy, legislativa, personální strategie a řízení lidských zdrojů. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny základní informace pro zavedení vhodných opatření s cílem optimalizace řízení zaměstnanců na home office a vytvoření optimálních pracovních vztahů a podmínek nutných ke splnění cílů společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on one of the forms of flexible work arrangement, remote working or in other words home office. It includes general definition of home office, description of its origin and evolution and the management matters of home office working. It also focuses on possible impact home office working has on certain companies and businesses and their prosperity. The output of this thesis is the specification an analysis of influences of the field of corporate governance and their significanr effect on the productivity and quality of the work of employees. These fields include labor-law relationships, legislation, personal strategy and human resource management. In the conclusion of this thesis there are fundemental informations stated. These informations are for installation of appropriate measures with the goal of optimalizing emloyee management during home office and creating optimal working relations and necessary conditions to meet the company’s objectives.
