Dokazování v trestním řízení

Abstract:
Tato práce obsahuje informace spojené s dokazováním v trestném řízení. Samotné trestné řízení má několik fází, které se musí dodržovat, a to vše v souladu se zákonem, tím to řízením nás provádí orgány činné v trestném řízení. Dokazování má též několik fází a též zde hrají důležitou fázi zmíněné orgány. Závěrem této práce je rozhor s odborníky dané problematiky.
Abstract:
This work contains information related to evidence in criminal proceedings. The criminal procedure itself has several phases that must be followed, all in accordance with the law, by the law enforcement agencies. Evidence also has several phases, and here, too, the aforementioned authorities play an important role. This thesis concludes with an interview with experts in the field.
