Hlavním cílem této práce je definovat postavení a činnosti obchodníka s cennými papíry (OCP) na českém kapitálovém trhu, s čímž bezesporu souvisí i nutnost analyzovat a zhodnotit právní regulaci týkající se OCP v České republice.
