Reflection of the practice of social workers for students of social work

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout reflexi a analýzu praxe sociálních pracovníků pracujících v zařízeních sociálních služeb v celé ČR, a to provedením výzkumu za účelem zvýšení úrovně orientace v kontextu populace sociálních pracovníků. Hlavními oblastmi zájmu jsou cílové skupiny, stereotypizace a syndrom vyhoření sociálních pracovníků. Do výzkumu bylo zapojeno 60 respondentů. Výsledkem je zjištění, že charakteristiky cílové populace mohou odpovídat jejímu obrazu vyplývajícímu z použité literatury. Ovšem s vhodností ověření výsledků na početnějším výzkumném vzorku.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to provide reflection and analysis of the practice of social workers working in social services institutions all over the Czech republic by conducting research in order to increase level of orientation in social worker´s population context. The main areas of interest are target groups, stereotyping and burnout syndrome of social workers. 60 respondents were included in the research. It was discovered that characteristics of target population may correspond with it´s image created by used literature. But verification with larger research sample is appropriate.
