Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na deskripci finančních a reálných investic s využitím metod analýzy a komparace. Soustředí se zejména na alternativní formy reálných investic jako jsou knihy, LEGO a víno. Jsou zde navrženy postupy pro analýzu, komparaci a výběr investičních nástrojů s ohledem na výnos, riziko, časový horizont, dostupnost a likviditu.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on description of financial and real investments with emphasis on alternative forms of investments like books, LEGO and wine, using analysis and comparsion as the main methods.
