Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou leasingu a předčasným ukončením smluv. This diploma thesis deals with leasing and problems early terminated of contracts. In the theoretical and methodological part are describe the definition of leasing, including tax, accounting and legal aspects with using rules of the new Civil Code.
