Právní úprava ohlašování staveb

The legal regulation of a construction announcement
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnuji procesu ohlašování staveb a s ním souvisejícími instituty. Ohlašování samotné probíhá nejen podle stavebního zákona, ale také podle vodního zákona, což v jednotlivých kapitolách rozvedu a věnovat se budu specifikám tohoto procesu a dále konkrétním druhům staveb, prací a úprav, které ohlášení vyžadují.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the construction announcement process and its related matter. The announcement itself is made not only according to the building law, but to the water law as well, which is described in individual chapters. My next goal is to focus on the specifics of the process itself and on the types of buildings, works and adjustments, which are requiring the announcement.
