The Process of Europeanization of French Asylum Policy
Abstract:
Tato práce zkoumá vznik společné azylové politiky a roli Francie a její vliv v tomto procesu. Zkoumáním změn v evropské i francouzské legislativě dovozujeme směr evropeizace. Analýzou dokumentů docházíme k závěru, že ačkoli dochází k postupnému nárůstu legislativy a komunitarizaci azylové politiky, stále převládá vliv členských států. Dominuje tedy bottom-up evropeizace. Abstract:
The thesis deals with creation of common asylum policy and role of France and its impact in this process. By following changes both in the European and the French legislation we are assesing the direction of europeanisation. The analysis concludes that there is a contunual grow of legislation and the asylum policy becomes communitarised. However the influence of the Member states prevails. The conclusion …more
