Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem vnější ekonomické rovnováhy Hongkongu v letech 1998-2013. V první kapitole je teoreticky vymezen pojem vnější ekonomická rovnováha. Důraz je kladen především na teorii platební bilance z hlediska její horizontální a vertikální struktury. Vysvětleny jsou i pojmy mezinárodní investiční pozice a zahraniční zadluženost. This bachelor thesis deals with the development of external economic balance of Hong Kong in the years 1998-2013. In the first chapter, the notion external economic balance is defined. The emphasis is put especially on the theory of balance of payments in light of its horizontal and vertical structure.
