Abstract:
Práce pojednává o okolnostech vylučujících trestní odpovědnost. Mezi ně patří nutná obrana, krajní nouze, oprávněné použití zbraně, svolení poškozeného, výkon práva a plnění povinností, dovolené riziko.
Abstract:
This thesis is dealing with all circumstances exluding criminal responsibility. They are including private defence, authorized used of weapon, permission of aggrieved person, exercise of a right and fulfilment of obligations, permissible risk.
