Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem mutací v genech JAK2 a IKZF1, které jsou důležité prognostické markery akutní lymfoblastické leukemie (ALL). Hlavní částí je studium alterací ve výše uvedených genech, konkrétně se jedná o bodové mutace v šestnáctém exonu u genu JAK2 a rozsáhlé delece v genu IKZF1. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the studies of mutation in genes JAK2 and IKZF1. These genes are important for prognostic markers of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The main part is the study of alteration in above mentioned genes, namely the point mutation at sixteenth exon of the JAK2 gene and the large deletion in the gene called IKZF1.
