Disciplinary Issues in Free Time

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice kázně ve volném čase. V teoretické části se zabývá reinterpretací tradičního pojetí kázně na proces orientované pojetí, aby toto pojetí lépe odpovídalo požadavkům dnešní pedagogiky, která se pohlíží na edukaci jako na proces. Za tímto cílem se využívá poznatků moderních teorií, jako je teorie komunikace, systémová teorie a psychoterapie. Celý koncept je však soustředěn kolem přístupu gestalt teorie. Gestalt teorie klade důraz na proces, a proto je vhodným výkladovým rámcem kázně jako procesu. Kromě toho práce vytváří podmínky pro ukotvení fenoménu kázně ve volném čase. Dalším důležitým přínosem je to, že se zabývá obecnými zákonitostmi řešení kázeňských přestupků v kontextu zmíněných teorií. Empirická část práce je pak případovou studií sdružení JUNÁK – svaz skautů a skautek ČR. Výsledkem práce je ucelenější vhled do problematiky kázně a volného času, konkrétně v kontextu skautského hnutí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with problems of discipline in free time. In the theoretical part deals with reinterpretations of the traditional concept of discipline on the process-oriented approach to this concept better meet the demands of today's pedagogy, which looks at education as a process. To this aim, the use of modern theories of knowledge, such as communication theory, systems theory and psychotherapy. The whole concept is centered around the approach of gestalt theory. Gestalt theory emphasizes the process and therefore is an appropriate framework of interpretation as a discipline process. In addition, the work creates the conditions for the anchoring phenomenon in the discipline of free time. Another important benefit is that it deals with general patterns of disciplinary issues in the context of this theory. The research is a case study in the Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech Republic. The result of this work is more comprehensive insight into the problems of discipline and leisure, particularly in the context of the Scout Movement.
