Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje využití metod outsourcingu personálních činností k zefektivnění činnosti firmy. Definuje význam pojmu outsourcing a přibližuje jeho metody a formy. Jsou vyjmenovány oblasti, ve kterých bývá outsourcing nejčastěji využíván, zmíněny výhody a nevýhody, které přináší. Zmíněny jsou možné komplikace, způsoby jejich předcházení a řešení. Další kapitoly popisují jednotlivé personální činnosti. Po vyjmenování a popisu personálních činností v organizaci následuje výčet personálních činností, které lze outsourcovat. Některé z činností je možné převést na externího dodavatele zcela, u jiných toto lze pouze částečně. Praktická část se věnuje popisu outsoucované oblasti, přiblížení situace a důvodů, proč dochází k převedení činností. Jsou popsány prováděné činnosti, metody práce, technické a personální zajištění, vyčísleny dosavadní náklady. Následuje popis přechodu činností, vypracování harmonogramu, stanovení kompetencí a odpovědností, technického i personálního zajištění. Po fázi transformaci činností je zahájeno praktické provádění, ověření prováděných prací a vyčísleny náklady pro převodu na externího dodavatele. Jsou porovnány dosavadní náklady a náklady outsourcingu, navrženy změny pro zefektivnění činností. V závěru je zhodnoceno splnění předpokladu výrazné úspory, vysoké odbornosti nového poskytovatele služeb a eliminaci chybovosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the methods of outsourcing of human resources (HR) functions to make company’s activity more effective. The term “outsourcing” is defined and its methods and forms explained. Areas where outsourcing is used are listed in this thesis as well as the advantages and disadvantages which it brings. I mentioned possible complications, ways how to prevent them and resolutions. Next chapters explain various HR functions. After listing and describing some of the personal activities of the organization a list of personal activities that can outsource follows. Some activities can be outsourced fully, some only partially. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the description of the description of the outsourced area and the reason why there is a transfer of activities. Work methods and technical approach are explained as well as the calculations of the costs. After the transformation phase the practical implementation is initiated, verification of works performed and the costs of the transfer to an external supplier are calculated. The current costs and outsourcing are compared and changes to streamline operations are recommended. In conclusion, the assumption of significant saving is evaluated as well as high professionalism of the new service providers and errors elimination.
