Embodiment

Abstract:

Vztah k tělu je stěžejním tématem teoretické části práce. Tělo je zde předmětem zkou-mání a propojovaní napříč historickým vývojem lidstva. Propojují se zde různé přístupy (čínská medicína, západní medicína, psychosomatický přitup). Postupně procházíme od vývoje přes deformování těla i duše jedince až po terapii a hledání možností, jak lépe po-rozumět potřebám lidského těla. Chodidlo je zde chápáno jako citlivý nástroj, který nás propojuje s přírodou a vlastním tělem, za podmínek ponechání ho v přirozeném stavu, v obuvi, jež ji bude respektovat. Tato práce předkládá chůzi na boso, jako jednu z možností jak se znovu propojit se svým tělem a přirozeným vnímáním.

Abstract:

Relation to the body is the central theme of the theoretical part of the work. The body is subject of examination and interconnection across the historical development of mankind. Different approaches are linked (Chinese medicine, Western medicine, psychosomatic approach). Gradually, we move from development through the deformation of the body and soul of the individual to the therapy and the search for ways to better understand the needs of the human body. The foot is understood to be a sensitive instrument that con-nects us with nature and our own body, under conditions of leaving it in the natural state, in shoes that will respect it. This paper presents barefoot walking as one of the possibili-ties how to reconnect with our body and nature.
