Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití intranetu ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska o komunikaci, jaké má formy a nástroje. Dále je vysvětlena firemní komunikace, její procesy, účely a prostředky k ní potřebné. Následně je vydefinován pojem intranet, popsán jeho vývoj, cíle a také výhody, které firmám může přinášet. Praktická část se zabývá využitím intranetu ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit spokojenost zaměstnanců s intranetem a provést zjištění, zda je možné firemní intranet tvořit i bez odborného IT vzdělání, a to pouze na základě dostupných zdrojů na internetu. Praktická část je zpracována na základě vlastního pozorování, dotazníkového šetření a provedeného rozhovoru s tvůrcem intranetu ve vybrané společnosti. Na základě provedeného výzkumu jsou společnosti poskytnuta doporučení pro zlepšení interní komunikace ve společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of intranet in a selected company. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background of communication, what forms and tools it has. Furthermore, corporate communication, its processes, purposes and the resources needed for it are explained. Subsequently, the concept of intranet is defined, its development is described, its objectives and also the benefits it can bring to companies. The practical part deals with the use of intranet in the selected company. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the satisfaction of employees with the intranet and to determine whether it is possible to create a corporate intranet without IT training, based only on the resources available on the Internet. The practical part is based on my own observation, a questionnaire survey and an interview with the creator of the intranet in the selected company. Based on the research conducted, recommendations are provided to the company for improving internal communication in the company.
