Inovation in financial markets

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá inovacemi na finančních trzích. Téma je velmi aktuální, protože finanční trhy jsou specifickou oblastí, která má vlastní pravidla fungování a podléhá velmi přísné kontrole ze strany státních a mezinárodních orgánů. Hlavními cílem práce je analyzovat vybraný podnik z hlediska zaváděných inovativních řešení a zhodnotit, zda tato řešení odpovídají moderním požadavkům na finanční organizace. V analytické části je proveden rozbor nejaktuálnějších inovací na finančních trzích a je vysvětlená potřeba těchto inovací v důsledku přijetí zákonů nebo mezinárodních norem zpřísňujících některé oblasti finančních trhů. Dále je proveden rozhovor s majitelem platební instituce Worldcore, která podléhá kontrole a dohledu České národní banky a která implementuje inovativní řešení ve svém podnikání.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with innovations in the financial markets. The theme is very timely, because the financial markets are specific areas that has its own rules of operation and is subject to very strict control by the government and international bodies. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze a company in terms of innovative solutions implemented and to assess whether these solutions meet modern requirements for financial organizations. The analytical part is an analysis of the most recent innovations in financial markets and explained the need for such innovations as a result of the adoption of laws or international standards, some tightening of financial markets. There is also an interview with the owner of payment institution the Worldcore, which is under the control and supervision of the Czech National Bank and which implements innovative solutions in its business.
