Tato práce je zaměřena na srovnání angloamerického a kontinentálního právního systému. Pro srovnání jsou stručně uvedeny i jiné právní systémy. This work is focused on the Comparison of Continental and Anglo-American Legal System. For this comparison other legal systems are applied briefly as well.
