Physiotherapy in patients with SLAP lesion

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fyzioterapii u pacientů se SLAP lézí ramenního kloubu. Úvodní kapitoly jsou věnovány anatomickým strukturám v souvislosti s poraněním SLAP a kineziologii ramenního pletence. V dalších kapitolách teoretické části práce jsou vysvětlovány a klasifikovány jednotlivé typy SLAP lézí, popisovány nejčastější příznaky a příčiny vzniku SLAP léze včetně jejich výskytu. Následně je objasněno vyšetření pacientů s podezřením na SLAP lézi a srovnána úspěšnost magnetické rezonance s artroskopií. Dále práce uvádí možnosti operační a rehabilitační léčby. V praktické části práce je zpracovaná kazuistika pacienta. Na základě kazuistiky je vypracovaný vhodný terapeutický plán, který se podle potřeby v průběhu terapie mění. V závěru práce je uvedeno výstupní vyšetření pacienta se zhodnocením výsledku terapie.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on physiotherapy for patients with SLAP lesions of the shoulder joint. The introductory chapters are devoted to the anatomical structures connected to SLAP injuries and kinesiology of the shoulder girdle. Other chapters of the theoretical part explain and classify the different types of SLAP lesions, and describe the most common symptoms and causes of SLAP lesions, including their occurrence. An examination of patients suspected of having SLAP lesions is subsequently clarified and a comparison made of the success of magnetic resonance imagery with arthroscopy. This work also presents possibilities of surgical and rehabilitation treatment. The practical part elaborates the case history of the patient. A suitable plan of therapy that varies as the need arises during the course of therapy is worked out on the basis of the case history. The conclusion offers a final examination of the patient with an evaluation of the outcome of therapy.
