Práce se v úvodu zabývá nosnými důvody novelizace zákoníku práce, jež nabyla účinnosti k 1. lednu 2012 a poté jsou vytknuty veškeré podstatné změny v zákoníku práce. This master thesis introduces all significant reasons of an amendment of The Labour code, Act. No. 262/2006 Coll., came into take legal force on 1 January 2012. Furthermore the master thesis enumerates all significant changes of The Labour Code and some critical remarks and comments of academia are also introduced.
