Diplomová práce se věnuje identifikaci chybějících zdrojů pro rozvoj českých učících knihovníků. Cílem je identifikovat klíčové zdroje skrze analýzu potřeb, zahrnující materiální, institucionální a kompetenční zabezpečení vzdělávacích aktivit.
