Práce se věnuje vyšetřování jaterní funkce při léčbě primárních a sekundárních nádorů jater. Snížená jaterní funkce omezuje možnosti léčby. V projektu A jsme porovnali výsledky stanovení jaterní funkce pomocí retence indocyaninové zeleně a pomocí kalkulace hepatální extrakční frakce při cholescintigrafii. The aim of this work is to assess the liver function in the treatment of primary and secondary liver tumors. A reduced liver function limits treatment options.
