The development of the relationship of music software to electronic keyboard instruments

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Vývoj vztahu mezi hudebními softwary a elektronickými klávesovými nástroji. Práce se hlouběji zabývá historickým vývojem jak hudebních softwarů, tak i elektronických klávesových nástrojů, s důrazem na klíčové aspekty, které mezi nimi souvisejí. Skrze detailní analýzu jsou zkoumány vzájemné vazby mezi těmito dvěma komponenty a identifikovány potenciální způsoby spolupráce mezi klávesovými nástroji a hudebními softwary, přičemž zvláštní důraz je v oblasti hudebních softwarů kladen na digitální audio software. Výzkum se zaměřuje na konkrétní aplikace a možnosti využití klávesových nástrojů v rámci hudebních softwarů. Metodicky je práce koncipována formou dotazníkového šetření a tří rozhovorů, které umožní hlouběji porozumět způsobům, jakými hudebníci a učitelé hudby integrují klávesové nástroje do své tvorby a výuky. Výsledky zkoumání představují nejen nová poznání o jejich praktickém využívání, ale též poskytují náhled do současné úrovně vzdělávání v tomto oboru. Takovým způsobem je zajištěna komplexní analýza vztahu mezi hudebními softwary a elektronickými klávesovými nástroji, se zvláštním důrazem na jejich aplikace, výuku a vývoj.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the Evolution of the Relationship between Music Software and Electronic Keyboard Instruments. The thesis delves deeper into the historical development of both music software and electronic keyboard instruments, with an emphasis on key aspects that interconnect them. Through a detailed analysis, the interconnections between these two components are examined, and potential avenues for collaboration between keyboard instruments and music software are identified, with a particular focus on digital audio software within the realm of music software. The research centers on specific applications and possibilities of utilizing keyboard instruments within music software. Methodologically, the work is structured using a questionnaire survey and three interviews, enabling a deeper understanding of how musicians and music educators integrate keyboard instruments into their creation and teaching. The research findings not only offer new insights into their practical application but also provide a glimpse into the current state of education in this field. This approach ensures a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between music software and electronic keyboard instruments, with a special emphasis on their applications, education, and development.
