Communication in company before, during, and after COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o interní komunikaci vybrané organizace. Za cíl si klade provést analýzu současného stavu a identifikovat nedostatky, na které se poté snaží nalézt kroky ke zlepšení. V rámci teoretické části je popsán úvod do problematiky komunikace, dále interní komunikace ve společnosti, a nakonec komunikace ve spojení s koronavirovou pandemií. Na ní se zakládají pojmy, vyskytující se v následující části. V praktické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Z údajů v něm zjištěných jsou poté navržena doporučení, která by mohla současný stav ve společnosti ještě více zlepšit, v čemž spočívá přínos této bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the internal communication of the selected organization. The aim is to analyse the current situation and identify shortcomings, on which it then tries to find steps for improvement. The theoretical part describes an introduction to the issue of communication, internal communication in the company, and finally communication in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. The terms occurring in the following section are based on it. In the practical part, qualitative research is carried out using a questionnaire survey. From the data found in it, recommendations are then proposed that could further improve the current situation in company, which is the benefit of this bachelor thesis.
