Tato diplomová práce se zabývá jednotlivými faktory, které přímo i nepřímo ovlivňují úspěch firmy na trhu, na kterém daná firma působí. V teoretické části tato práce vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se trhu, podniku a podnikání. Cílem této práce je tyto faktory zmapovat, kategorizovat a vyhodnotit jejich váhu vliv na samotný úspěch.
