Shoulder rehabilitation and prevention in padel players

Abstract:

In the following thesis I will analyze the possible shoulder disorders, of an athlete playing a sport such as padel. The shoulder is a very complex joint, its structure is stabilized by muscles tendons and ligaments, given its vast degrees of movement, maintaining dynamic balance is very difficult, especially in padel where continuous movements of the shoulder are required especially overhead also called overhead movement.

Nella seguente tesi analizzer? le possibili patologie alla spalla, di un atleta che pratica uno sport come il padel. La spalla ? un articolazione molto complessa, la sua struttura ? stabilizzata da muscoli tendini e legamenti, dato i suoi vasti gradi di movimento, mantenere un equilibrio dinamico ? molto difficile, specie nel padel dove sono richiesti continui movimenti della spalla in particolare sopra la testa detto anche movimento in overhead.
