Factors affecting costs of commissions in the engineering company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje identifikaci faktorů, které ovlivňují náklady zakázek ve strojírenském podniku. Cílem práce je identifikování a v návaznosti na to eliminování negativních vlivů, jež působí na náklady zakázek. Práce se dělí na dvě části. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky především o nákladech, kalkulacích, výrobě a nynějších technologiích používaných ve strojírenství. V další části práce jsou poté zhodnoceny faktory ovlivňující celkové náklady podniku, vyplývající z analýzy zakázek, pomocí nichž jsou identifikovány. V případě identifikování negativních faktorů je navrhnuto doporučení směřující ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu v podniku.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the identification of factors affecting costs of commissions in the engineering company. The aim of this work is to identify and, following on, to eliminate the negative effects operating in the costs of commissions. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, theoretic knowledge of costs, calcu-lations, production and current technologies used in the engineering branch is provided. In the second part of the thesis, factors affecting the overall costs of a company resulting from commission analyses are assessed, which are identified by means of tool. In case negative factors are identified, a recommendation is pro-posed leading to a better condition of the company.
