Diplomová práce zkoumá analytickou formou konečný styl vín z odrůdy Chardonnay. První kapitola pojednává o faktorech, jež ovlivňují odrůdu Chardonnay. Jedná se o původ odrůdy, rozdílnost klonů, terroir, výnosnost keře, vinifikaci, používání dřevěných sudů a chemické vyjádření aromat. Abstract:
The thesis examines the analytical form of final style of wines from Chardonnay. The first chapter discusses the factors that affect cultivation of Chardonnay. There was discribed the origin of the variety, diversity clones, terroir, profitability shrubs, vinification, the use of wooden barrels and chemical expression of aromas.
