Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zmapování informovanosti obyvatel malých obcí, s počtem obyvatel do 2 000 osob, a odborných sociálních poradců o sociálních službách ve vybraném okrese. Dostatek informací o sociálních službách může pomoci obyvatelům malých obcí lépe se orientovat v nabídce sociálních služeb. Informovaní potenciální klienti sociálních služeb vědí, kam se mohou v případě nepříznivé životní situace obrátit, kterou z nabízených sociálních služeb mohou využít. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda jsou obyvatelé malých obcí informováni o sociálních službách ve vybraném okrese, jak vnímají dostupnost, srozumitelnost a komplexnost informací o sociálních službách. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy poradenství, poradenský proces, poradce, sociální služby, sociální poradenství, klient, informovanost, dostupnost, srozumitelnost a komplexnost. Metodologická část popisuje výzkumnou strategii, výběr výzkumného vzorku, metody sběru dat a další aspekty výzkumu. Interpretační část se věnuje zodpovězení stanovených dílčích výzkumných otázek a pomocí nich následně zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on observing the awareness of the residents of small communities, with a population up to 2,000 people, and their professional social counselors of social welfare services in a selected district. Sufficient information about social services may help the residents of small communities to understand the range of local social services. In case of adverse life circumstances well informed potential clients know where they can seek help which is provided by social services. The thesis aims to discover whether the residents of small communities are informed about the social services in the selected district and how they perceive the accessibility, clarity and comprehensiveness of information about these services. The theoretical part defines the concepts of counseling, the counseling process, counselor, social services, social counseling, client, awareness, accessibility, clarity and comprehensiveness. The methodological part describes the research strategy, research sample selection, data collection methods and other aspects of the research. The interpretative part deals with answering established specific research questions which are used to answer the main research question.
